I'm redoing a review I posted six days back about a rough experience with Buythecase. Turns out, my order was delivered on time, complete, and in great condition. The person I sent it to had no clue I was the one who sent the gift. When it showed up, they thought they had ordered it themselves, so they didn’t even acknowledge it when I asked about it days later. I sent two emails and made one call, but got no response from Buythecase. It was only after my second call that they reached out to me regarding the delivery. I accused them of not delivering it and went on and on. I truly apologize for my harshness and for my friend's forgetful nature. I made a fuss because my friend couldn’t remember she didn’t buy the gift I sent and denied receiving anything from me when the package should’ve been there. Once again, I sincerely apologize and wholeheartedly recommend this service to everyone. Thanks a lot!
